Glutinous Rice Flour: 150g
Brown Sugar (Blocks): 2 pieces
Peanuts: appropriate amount
Egg: 1
1. Prepare glutinous rice flour, brown sugar (blocks), peanuts, and egg.
2. Knead the glutinous rice flour with warm water to form a dough.
3. Roll the dough into small balls.
4. Boil the glutinous rice balls in a pot of boiling water until they float to the surface.
5. Melt the brown sugar with a small amount of water over low heat until it thickens into a honey-like syrup.
6. Add the cooked rice balls to the syrup. Stir continuously to prevent sticking. Once the syrup evenly coats the balls, turn off the heat.
After roasting the peanuts, remove the skin and crush them into pieces.
Beat the eggs and pan-fry into thin sheets, then shred them into fine strips.
Place the cooked sweet rice balls (Tang Bu Suai) onto a serving plate.
Sprinkle the shredded egg and crushed peanuts on top before serving.
