Rice Noodle Rolls with Chives and Minced Pork

Ingredients:


1 jin (about 500g) rice noodle rolls


250g yellow chives


150g minced pork



Instructions:


1. Prepare all ingredients.


2. Wash and drain the yellow chives, then cut them into small sections.


3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced pork and stir-fry until cooked. Add water and light soy sauce.


4. Add the yellow chives and continue stir-frying. Gradually add sugar, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce. Once the chives are tender, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce, then remove from heat.


5. Season the sauce with salt; it can be slightly saltier than usual.


6. Cut the rice noodle rolls into small pieces and steam them in a steamer for about 5 minutes.


7. Finally, pour the meat sauce over the steamed rice noodle rolls, mix well, and serve.
