– 250g udon noodles
Ingredients: Sesame paste, diluted to 60ML Cucumber, as needed Red bell pepper, as needed Chicken breast, 1 piece Scallions, ginger, cooking wine, as needed Noodles, as needed Cooking oil, as needed Instructions: 1. Place chicken breast in boiling water with scallions, ginger, and cooking wine, and cook until done. 2. Shred the cooked chicken breast along its fibers and set aside. 3. Julienne the cucumber and red bell pepper. 4. Cook the noodles in boiling water until done. 5. Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water. 6. Drain the noodles, then toss with a little cooking oil to prevent sticking. 7. Prepare two portions of sauce by mixing the remaining ingredients.
Finally, mix all the ingredients together with the noodles until well combined.
