Glutinous Rice Flour and Almond Coconut Pancake Recipe

150g glutinous rice flour
10 large almonds


Coconut flakes: appropriate amount


Water: appropriate amount



1. Prepare the ingredients.


2. Crush the almonds with a rolling pin.


3. Mix the crushed almonds with an appropriate amount of coconut flakes, heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then add a small amount of white sugar and mix well. (Take out and stir every 30 seconds.)


4. Mix glutinous rice flour with an appropriate amount of water to form a smooth batter.


5. Pour the prepared batter onto a heated non-stick pan. (No oil added.)


6. Fry over low heat until it forms a thin pancake. (It cooks quickly; the pancake will puff up when done.)
7. Cut open while still hot after removing from the pan (this step can be omitted if not cutting).


8. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with almond filling.
