– Soy sauce: To taste.
Instructions:
1. Pour an adequate amount of oil into the pot, ensuring it is slightly more than usual. Heat the oil over high heat to prevent sticking during frying.
2. Add the turnip balls into the pot.
3. Fry over high heat until they turn slightly golden brown.
4. Add chili sauce and soy sauce, then stir-fry briefly.
5. After stir-frying, cover and let them simmer for a short while.
6. Transfer to a plate and serve.
