Sweet Rice Cake (Tian Gui)
Moderate amount 2 eggs Moderate amount of cooking oil 1. Take one piece of Sweet Rice Cake. 2. Slice the Sweet Rice Cake into thin pieces. Thinner slices are easier to fry. 3. Beat 2 eggs evenly. 4. Coat each slice of Sweet Rice Cake with the beaten egg. 5. Place the egg-coated Sweet Rice Cake slices into a pan with cooking oil and fry over low heat. (Do not use high heat, as the eggs can easily burn.) 6. Turn the slices several times, and fry until the Sweet Rice Cake slices become soft and cooked through.
