Chencun Rice Noodle Rolls

Thaw and wash the shrimp, and loosen the Chencun rice noodle rolls for later use.


Mince the garlic into paste, dice the green and red bell peppers, tear the spring onion into thin shreds and soak in water for later use.


Preparation of chili soy sauce: Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the diced green and red bell peppers.


Add soy sauce and heat over low heat until warm.


Spread the Chencun rice noodle rolls flat, and place the shrimp on top.
7. Roll up the Chencun rice noodle rolls and cut them into evenly sized pieces, then place them on a plate.


8. Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add the shrimp rice noodle rolls and steam over high heat for about 3 minutes (if the shrimp are large, steam for 5 minutes).


9. Once the shrimp rice noodle rolls are cooked, remove them from the pot.


10. Finally, drizzle the chili soy sauce over the shrimp rice noodle rolls and garnish with shredded scallions.
